Growth throughout 2018 has been key to success for IPS. Over the summer, IPS has gone through significant advancement, hiring several new assets to our team. This progress shines brightest by the addition of employees to our design and production teams.

Nancy Ice

Nancy, our Design Applications Manager, comes onto the team with over 25 years of electrical design experience. Through her design experience, she has become an expert in many software. Nancy has extensive exposure to the industrial control panel industry which allows for her technical and application knowledge to be easily implemented into each project. While continuing to learn IPS standards, she has helped improve and develop better practices that we are using today.

Gary Youngberg

Gary brings 36 years of experience to our production team. Gary has experience in scheduling, drafting, quality control, management, and is a master of panel fabrication. Gary plays a major role in training and developing our new panel fabricators.  His knowledge allows IPS to confidently build custom control panels at the highest quality. Gary is NFPA70E and 10-Hour OSHA Certified.

Cally Cash

Cally joins our production team and brings 9 years of experience in electrical component and controls panel fabrication. At her previous employer, Cally gained experience improving processes, setting team goals and defining production standards. Her electrical manufacturing background has proven to be a quick and valuable asset to the IPS team. Cally is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

David McAuliffe

David joins IPS as our newest panel fabricator.  With efficiency and an appetite for learning, David is quickly becoming a skilled panel builder. David’s background in manufacturing and other labor-intensive industries, in addition to his interest in electronics, has made him an ideal fit for IPS.
